What no one teaches you.
It’s one thing to practice mantra (or any spiritual practice).
It’s another to consciously and intentionally use your practice of mantra to untangle a karmic knot.
To change your everyday experience.
Interrupt your habituated patterns of thoughts, feelings and actions.
Turn your patterns—and your pain—into clarity, trust and wisdom.
And create a different (previously unfathomable) result.
No one (well, hardly anyone) actually teaches you how to do that.
You most likely separate your spiritual practice off to the side—to the corners of your day—to settle and focus yourself (for insight, achievement or anxiety management).
You’re inundated with truisms about witnessing your thoughts (what then?) and trusting the timing of your life (but how?).
You do the best you can—for 5, 10, 15 minutes.
You chant your lovely mantra. You make an ask for what you want. (Sometimes it feels like a routine. Sometimes it feels like a plea. Sometimes you’re down on your knees.)
And then you go on about the rest of your day, your business and your life.
But how do you get yourself to the point of actual change?
How do you weave the thread of your practice into your life and your business—for both profound transformation and practical guidance?
How do you use it intentionally—and highly precisely?
And what do you do in the fidgety time that you’re witnessing your thoughts—and with the excruciating tension that it creates?
It is exceptionally rare that you are taught how to do that.
Why?
Because most Western teachers are not taught how to do this.
(You are not going to get it in your typical Western yoga or meditation teacher training—and there are a number of reasons for that.)
I learned it by sitting with living teachers who were practiced at how to use everything to free us from our patterns, experimenting in my own life (tantra is a path of revelation), and deeply listening to clients.
That is uncomfortable.
It’s confrontational.
It’s vulnerable—and frankly, equal parts ecstasy and terror.
It takes discernment.
And that does not sell.
We don’t like being uncomfortable here in the West (especially in late stage consumer capitalism).
We want our spiritual practice to comfort us.
It will, and it does. But at a very deep, fundamental level.
And first, it brings up all of our shit—so we can let it go.
I invite you to join me for a live, 90-minute workshop, where you will:
-
learn 3 types of intentions that will most powerfully and effectively untangle the root of what’s distracting and derailing you;
-
practice setting your root-source, present-moment intention;
-
practice using your intention + your personal mantra to receive the wisdom of whatever arises; and
-
receive my insight + guidance to set the most effective intention for you (if you choose to volunteer)
You will work directly with your personal mantra to set your intention, and you will leave knowing how to use intention to untangle the root of what distracts and derails you moment by moment.
It’s a skill set.
And, once you have developed this skill set, you cannot lose it.
It is yours.

I would not have dared to hope for the things that have changed in my life because of this work.
Nothing short of magic has happened, and I cannot explain it. None of the other work I’ve done has touched this.
If she is still taking clients, do anything you can to work with her.
