In this Calibration Practicum, you will calibrate your practice for exactly where you are in this arc of untangling that karmic knot.

Friday, May 8 | Calibration Workshop
In this live, 90-minute experiential workshop-style session, you will:
- Understand what each phase of untangling the karmic knot that distracts you from your life’s work asks of you;
- Learn to refine your present-moment intention for the phase you are navigating; and
- Practice calibrating your personal mantra practice for how you need to navigate this phase.
Wednesday, May 20 | Integration Session
Then, in this live, 90-minute group integration session, you will receive my focused guidance & insight on refining your intention and calibrating your practice to successfully navigate this phase of untangling your karmic knot.
Both sessions will be recorded, but I encourage you to attend live. The power and efficacy of this work is in its application to your own experience.

Can I use these intentions with my other spiritual practices?
Yes, you can use the intention you craft—and the techniques for setting present-moment intentions and translating the wisdom from your practice into strategic action—with your other spiritual practices.
I cannot, however, speak to their effectiveness of untangling your karmic knot and sharpening your strategic precision with that practice. I have honed these techniques through the practice of mantra, which is for the untangling of karma. But your relationship with the Sacred is unique to you, and I encourage you to give it a try with the practice that most resonates with you.
