This private, 1-month intensive is an initiatory threshold, a diagnostic intervention, and a catalyst for the full realization of your life’s work.

We will meet for three (3) 1-hour sessions—and work with one personalized, precisely-focused Sanskrit mantra and intention. In each session, we will engage in a combination of sacred practice, incisive inquiry, and strategic synthesis—with calibration in between sessions via Voxer or Signal. 

In Session 1, we will connect to the truth of what the fully-realized expression of your work is—and what has it stymied. We will assess and distinguish between the structural limitations of your business and the limits of professional identity—to identify where you and your work have outgrown your business model. I will pinpoint the root of the pattern that keeps the old model in place, and I will discern one, simple mantra practice and one precisely-focused intention to untangle it.

In Session 2, we will discover how the disparate parts of your work fit together into a coherent whole—including the natural integration of its deeper, transformational, sacred aspects with its concrete, results-oriented, strategic elements. We will identify the continuities and the disconnections between what your mature, fully-realized body of work requires and how your business is currently structured—as well as between who you are and who it is asking you to be. 

In Session 3, we will gain an understanding of the current stage of your work in relation to its full realization—and of the current phase of your rite of passage through professional death and rebirth as its steward. We will then outline the form, substance and trajectory of your fully-realized body of work and trace the arc of your rite of passage as its steward—in practical, energetic and archetypal terms.

At the close of your Intensive, you will receive an email with this arc and outline to use as a field guide for working together in Rite of Passage Sacred & Strategic Advising or to continue the work on your own.
