The practices and the perspective that I share with you are from my adopted tradition of spiritual practice, Śaiva tantra—through the lens of my practice, lineage and experience with clients.

The pantheon—and the practice—of Śaiva tantra is diverse and complex, technical and esoteric.

There are multiple lineages, innumerable forms and expressions of the Sacred, and just as many practices to know the Sacred—and yourself as Sacred.

And, there is an underlying simplicity—and essential truth.

That is what I try to speak to—and work from.
