This 27-bead mālā is one-of-a-kind, custom-designed and hand-knotted with surplus 8mm saffron-oiled rudrākṣa and rainbow obsidian beads; sterling silver spacers; red silk cording; and a 3-inch red silk tassel.

Rudrākṣa is the seed of a tree, known and named for the tears of Rudra, the fierce, fiery form of Śiva, the divine masculine who both holds all that is and dances it in and out of existence. They hold the energy of both compassion and protection and are a traditional bead for mālās.

Obsidian is a powerful stone of clearing and protection. It helps release (and protect against) negativity, including within the mind, and cultivate clarity of action to change patterns.
