You will do the work you really want to do.
When you untangle the root of what distracts and derails you, you will finally do the work you really want to do—and you will do it how you really want to do it.
Regardless of the stage or phase you’re in—or how many years you’ve been at it.
Without sacrificing financial stability or professional respect.
(I have worked with professional service providers who own businesses of all sizes. Those with teams and those who are solo. Those who create deliverables and those who advise. It does not matter. There is a way.)
Because when you untangle the root of what distracts and derails you, you will act with trust and discernment—in exactly the right way, and in exactly the right timing, for you, your clients, and your business.
You will not rush.
And you will not reach anymore for what is outside of you.
Instead, you will listen deeply for your own wisdom to guide both what you offer and how you offer it.
You will shift where and how you make your decisions—away from your habituated mind and into your deeply rooted knowing.
(It’s like the difference between talking and listening.)
And you will rest in your own calm, clear certainty about what your work truly is—and what it can accomplish—in all its dimensions.
(It feels like both focus and ease.)
You will connect to (and claim) your lineage of spiritual practice—and the continuity of how it runs through you to your work.
You will speak the truth of the full spectrum and depth of your work (without being anxiously obsessed about the outcome).
And find your clarity of voice, purpose and structure in how (and why) you do what you do—and your confidence in its efficacy, necessity and value (in all its dimensions).
You will create a clear, simple structure to your work—that streamlines processes, creates space and increases revenue.
You will approach marketing—and engage in sales conversations—in a way that is fully rooted in your presence, the integrity of your work, and your clients’ best decision for themselves.
And it will light you on fire.
(No more doing what you think you have to do—even if it depletes you.)
You will surrender (finally) to the Sacred as the guide of your business(and your life)—sink into its rhythm and flow and let it buoy you.
Your work will come through you—according to its own resonance, its own power and its own trajectory—without you having to hold or direct it by force or will, energetically or otherwise.
(It will stand on its own—regardless of your moment to moment experience or emotional state.)
And you will experience a practice full of aligned and joyful clients—who value and gratefully pay you for what you uniquely offer—and a team that works for you (and with you) rather than you working for it.
Like Anne
After several months of working together, my client, Anne, could feel the spaciousness in her schedule—and her nervous system.
Anne is an architect who billed her clients by the hour, and she had always assumed—as we are conditioned to do in professional services where the long-standing standard is the billable hour—that, if she had spaciousness in her business, it would negatively impact her revenue.
She could have spaciousness or revenue growth—not both.
She had goals—and a team of 4 full-time employees. She was the business owner in her marriage—with the ability to increase her income—and she felt both the opportunity and the weight of that on her. She had increased her business’s revenue when her kids had been in college—but it had burned her out, and she was committed to not doing that again.
When she looked at the financials, what she found was that not only was the revenue in her business steady—it had slightly increased.
Anne had created a practice of handing it over—unburdening herself of it being all on her and trusting that she had support other than her own productivity.
She had begun trusting her body and her wisdom—rather than overriding them—so that she worked her way, in the exact rhythm of her creative flow.
And she had begun trusting that her ideal clients wanted exactly what she was a genius at giving them: designs that made them feel seen, heard and at home.
How she was a genius at giving it to them: through a creative process where it poured through her with the design solutions arriving as she worked.
Without the drama (and all the hours) of working with clients she’d thought she had to take.
Like Joy
My client, Joy, is a marketing professional, who excelled at creating authentic visibility for her clients, but struggled with the vulnerability of making her own work visible.
She was anxious about procrastinating on email and social media marketing for her business, and thought that she might need to learn more about email marketing in order to be more confident about doing it effectively.
But Joy already created effective email marketing for her clients (and enjoyed it). She wasn’t missing anything.
There was wisdom in her procrastination.
When we explored what was true about her relationship with visibility and marketing her own work, Joy remembered that: email and social media marketing are not how most of her clients find her.
Rather, she meets most of her clients at live events that genuinely interest her—regardless of whether they are related to business or marketing.
That is where she is most herself, in her zone of genius—and naturally both engaging and an authority.
And it garners results.
She could shift her focus to where and how clients naturally connect with her—as a highly-effective strategy for organic business development that feels good rather than contrived.
For Joy, the task of untangling the root of what distracted and derailed her was not to get clear or even to get confident (as she had thought).
It was to remember her own authority and expertise—her own wisdom in not only what she did, but how she did it.
What is it you need to remember or reclaim?
What is it you need to relinquish?
What feels inextricably—and inexplicably—in the way?
And what feels out of reach?
I’d love to hear.

I came into our work together desperately wanting to weave together different parts of myself, specifically spirituality and business, but what came out of our work together was infinitely deeper.
Rama Devi holds this incredible space with a strong connection to the Divine—and always has the right spiritual tool for the right moment. It feels safe to go deep, and exactly the right messages come at exactly the right time.
I was worried that I would not have the revelations that I needed or at all, but it was the opposite. There were so many!
[What I’ve been carrying around forever] is gone! I’ve gotten clarity around my business (exactly what I do and who my clients are). I’ve had remarkable clarity about where my time goes and where I want to spend it, led by Spirit. I have also seen my finances at a deeper level than ever before (x20).
It’s been amazing. I have shed a million layers; I am quite changed; and I feel more myself than I ever have. Such a blessing. I’m on my knees with gratitude.
