Say NO.

Say NO to every toxic boss.

Say NO to every toxic client and colleague.

Say NO to toxic corporate practices—and greed.

Say NO to obedience and obligation.

To complacency and convenience.

To urgency.

And let that defiance create space. 

To get quiet.

To get creative.

To civilly disobey.

Conscientiously object.

Color outside the lines.

And to take your money, your expertise, and your eyeballs elsewhere.

With intentionality—and integrity.

The solutions we need are not going to come from the systems that are failing us. 

They will (hopefully) provide a (necessary and essential) backstop.

But they are insufficient.

We cannot keep feeding bad actors, excesses and dysfunction—with our attention, our efforts, and our money.

We can—and need to—make a different choice.

We can—and need to—say NO.

In our own way, in our own corner of the world. 

This is what it looks like—in practical terms—to untangle a karmic knot for all of us when you untangle it for yourself.
