Your sacred rage.

You will experience rage over the course of untangling your (and our) karmic knot.

Because, at some point, an injustice was done to you.

A boundary was crossed.

You were restrained, repressed—violated.

You were silenced—and rendered unseen.

(As have how many others?)

Rage is an appropriatehealthy and Sacred response.

And a holy catharsis.

Your rage is sacred.

And it has the power to metabolize and transform—when you know how to use it.

It is the force that works to right injustice—to reset a boundary crossed.

It is sacred in nature—and sacred in source.

Sacred rage is a quality of tantric deities and their mantras.

These archetypal energy patterns and elemental forces of the Sacred are not simply (and strangely) equanimous.

They include forces that fight for justice, set fierce boundaries, and provide fierce protection.

For example, in her mythology, Durgā was born of the light of sacred rage—from the wrath of the forces of creation, sustenance and dissolution at injustice—and she goes to battle for justice.

Sacred rage is devoid of anger—or revenge.

It is empty.

But first you have to empty it within you.

If you can ride your rage, if you can move it—and move with it—through your chant and your body, it will pass through you.

And it will open up tremendous clarity.

And tremendous power to act—without doing harm to yourself or others.

It will purify your energy into a focused, potent force.

And it will offer you a window into the deeper heart—and profound transformational aspect—of your work.

It will show you what it stands for—and why it matters.

Lay your rage on your practice—and ask for its wisdom.

Chant. Scream. Stomp.

Dance.

Sway.

Let it move through you.

Burn off its destructive aspects—to access the purity of its heart and fuel the direction of its momentum.

I would not have dared to hope for the things that have changed in my life because of this work.

Nothing short of magic has happened, and I cannot explain it. None of the other work I’ve done has touched this.

If she is still taking clients, do anything you can to work with her.
